The Lane Group LLC is a California Limited Liability
Company Registered as an Investment Advisor in the state of California,
that provides fee-based advisory services.
As its investment advisor, The Lane Group LLC works closely
with the other members of The Lane Group to help them
determine their client's tolerance for risk and to analyze the financial
strategies and investment products that will provide the best fit for the
achievement of the goals set out in their business and financial plans.
Because of its close relationship to the other members of The
Lane Group, we are best positioned to analyze the market trends, performance
and risk statistics of the financial products and funding instruments that will
best suit the plans developed by The Lane Group's CPAs and
have the highest probability of reaching their stated
goals.
The Lane Group LLC examines the tax and legal structures of
products and helps the other members of the group determine whether it will be a
publicly-traded or privately-developed product that will best suit the
needs of the Group's clients. When a client's investment strategy
requires a custom design for a financial product or the restructuring of its
capital structure, The Lane Group LLC works closely with the client's legal and
tax advisor's and can refer The Group's clients to those advisors who have a
special expertise in various subjects.
The Lane Group LLC develops its analysis and strategies on a
fee-basis only. All U.S. financial product sales and portfolio management
services are performed through The Lane Group's affiliation with Linsco/Private-Ledger
Securities Inc. and Linsco/Private-Ledger
Register Investment Advisor. International transactions and
introductions to International resources are referred to Le
Groupe Lane International Ltd.
